Four thoughtfully designed programs that match your child’s age and developmental needs.

Playgroup (Age 2¼ - 3 years)

A place for gentle beginnings that build trust, routine, and independence. This is stimulating environment for toddlers to work and observe peers through parallel play, develop hand-eye coordination with age-appropriate materials, facilitate language acquisition and social development. The specially designed screen-free classroom nurtures their innate desire for learning by reducing the sensory overload. Also being in a mixed age community, the toddler quickly learns from the older children, thereby accelerating their development. In this remarkable period, known as the ‘absorbent mind’, the child has the extraordinary ability to unconsciously and effortlessly absorb information from their environment. With a teacher-student ratio of 1:6, children in the Premont environment, receive individual attention and feel emotionally secure.

Nursery (Age 3 - 4 years)

In uninterrupted blocks of time, children are encouraged to explore their interests with materials which are crucial for their developmental needs. The freedom to move and choose their work promotes a sense of ownership of their learning. A calm and screen-free environment guarantees a feeling of being safe and settled. Enrichment of vocabulary is initiated through introduction to phonics and interactive sessions with facilitators in small groups sessions. While working together with peers, both social and emotional development happen along with cognitive growth. Children are just beginning to regulate their emotions and with the strong team of adults, support flows in to develop trust in adults.

Mont1 (Age 4 - 5 years)

In this environment, child explores, constructs and consolidates his/her understanding of the world through sensorial experiences. Through hands-on experience with materials specifically made for arithmetic, language and cultural studies, the child is enthused to enter into the world of counting, reading and amassing a wealth of information. The mixed environment gives an advantage to coexist with older children and strive towards mastery in whatever they do. Slowly and steadily children sustain attention for longer periods on chosen activities. Children learn to wait for their turn and start demonstrating random acts of grace and courtesy. They respect others workspace and take pride in caring for their friends and adult. With minimal adult intervention they internalise discipline and follow classroom norms.

Mont2 (Age 5 - 6 years)

Child enters the stage of refinement and perfection in this stage. Concrete understanding of phonics and arithmetic operations like division and multiplication helps the child to move towards abstraction. They begin to read sentences and show profound interest in book reading. The prepared environment provides immense opportunities to choose their own work, self-correct and learn at their pace. Being the seniors of the community, they become confident, model leadership traits, and collaborate with peers to explore and enjoy the process of learning. Introduction to theatre and music in this stage, opens up a new world of imaginative thinking, giving an outlet for emotions and promotes team spirit towards a shared goal.
